By accessing or using ExifLens (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
ExifLens provides free, browser-based tools for viewing photo EXIF metadata, calculating neutral density (ND) filter long-exposure times, and generating photo frames with camera information overlays. All processing happens locally in your browser; we do not store or receive copies of your photos.
Your Content
You retain full ownership of any photos or files you use with the Service. We do not claim any rights to your content, and because processing is client-side, we never receive or store it.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable law, to attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Service, or to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service in a way that harms its operation.
Third-Party Links and Advertising
The Service displays advertising through Google AdSense and may include affiliate links to third-party retailers such as Coupang and Amazon. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site you visit through these links.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that EXIF extraction, ND calculations, or generated frames will be error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExifLens and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
